Appointment Availability
The reason for there being no available appointments is often not that there are 'not enough appointments'. This session would aim to discuss why a practice may not have free appointments and set up a plan as a team to move forward. You might look at how you deal with abnormal mail and results, use of phone consultations, recall time for certain conditions, patient education, what ailments reception staff can give info on.
