This plan was made up by a group of PM's after some discussion on how to create a good topic for practice sessions.  The theme is bloods but we feel this could be applied to almost any process within your practice.

Aim: awareness of changes & effect on future service provision

Team Discussion: on how to practically implement change & r/v data at practice and national level (compare prevelance figures)
